Mugshots .com online extortion racket that is composed of many people and operators. The primary members of this mugshots extortion scheme are:

Tyrone Jacques Spencer (aka Tyronne Jacques), Robert Wiggen, Tiffany A Wiggen, James Cody Wiggen, Alice Wiggen, Kim Elaine Landolfi (aka Kim Boynton, Elaine Landolfi), Daniel Patrick Landolfi (aka Daniel Patrick, Patrick Landolfi), Gerald Michael Landolfi Jr (aka Michael Landolfi, Gerald Michael), Jeremy Brooks, Ryan Russell, Kyle Prall, Todd Greene, Jeff Kupietzky, Elizabeth Murray, Marc Epstien, Philip Lee, F and F Global, Ron Collins, and Kelly Ellis (aka’s Kelly Peter Ellis, Peter Kelly Ellis, Kelly Joe Ellis, and Joe Ellis) who operates a mugshots​.com affiliate removal service called “CleanSearch.”

The information available on these individuals is tightly controlled and difficult to find. Mugshot. com appears to be operated by five primary members. Those members are Gerald Micheal Landolfi Jr.; Kim Landolfi of Kimmy Corporation; Daniel P. Landolfi, the son of Gerald and Kim Landolfi, and a corporate member of the Florida chapter of the “Young Americans for Freedom” organization and the Florida “Young Americans for Freedom” P.A.C.; Craig Robert Wiggen; and Tiffany Amber Wiggen (AKA: Twiggy).

There are other members, such as Tyrone Jacques Spencer who are affiliated members of mugshots. The Landolfi’s also control a legal and accounting firm known as Goldman & Rosa in Florida that takes the extorted payments for the mugshots members and member affiliates.

Next we look at the structure of the companies that Gerald Landolfi controls:

We see, as expected, Kim Landolfi on the right and that through Blue River Marketing she is connected to both Daniel P. Landolf and Gerald Landolfi.

We find a direct link from Gerald Landolfi to Daniel P. Landolfi to the “Young Americans for Freedom” organization and P.A.C.

At this point, the trail ends. Or does it? There is a report on the internet that a firm called “Goldman and Rosa PA” that is based in Florida takes the payments for the removal affiliates of Mugshots​.com (Source: http://​www​.ripoffreport​.com/​l​a​w​y​e​r​s​/​g​o​l​d​m​a​n​-​r​o​s​a​-​p​a​/​g​o​l​d​m​a​n​-​r​o​s​a​-​p​a​-​h​t​t​p​-​g​o​l​d​m​-​8​1​9​8​3​.​htm). This report also makes the claim that there are copies of a document signed at the Landolfi’s residence by Gerald Landofi, and provides a link to a webpage (http://​randyrosa​.com). We followed that link and thought that it was an incomplete page. Or was it. Looking at the html of the page source We discovered that the webpage logs the IP address of anyone that visits the page while performing no other action. Could it be that the report was at that location and has since been removed? It is probable. We have now connected the Landofi’s with the agency that collects the fees from their mugshots extortion and scam website.

It looks like Gerald Landofi and Daniel P. Landolfi are the same person.  If they are not there are unusual circumstances in which both Gerald and Daniel Landofi have the same date of birth, attended the same schools at the same time, have the same address, and the telephone number is the same.  Daniel Landolfi has political aspirations in Florida and has run for office.  Daniel Landolfi is closely connected with the Florida Young Americans for Freedom PAC.  One must ask how a mugshots extortionist could win an election?  He has not yet.  It should also be noted that Gerald Landofi is the son of a deceased Florida organized crime figure of the same name.

All of the images that are on Mugshots​.com and other image booking scam sites reside in private databases and not in the Google search results. Anyone that tells you that they can guarantee your image removal from any mugshots scam or extortion website is either acting in collusion with the operators of that site or engaging in illegal hacking of that website. Google lacks a magic power to reach into a private database and delete an image. Not even the web host can remove an image or information in a private database. Only the owner of the database can remove information from the database. If the individual or the firm making the claim of removing your picture from a database is not acting in collusion with the database owners, then that individual or agency must of necessity illegally hack into the database to remove your information.

People like Tyrone Jacques Spencer at http://​www​.imagemaxpr​.com and these other authorized Mugshots​.com removal vendors (Source: http://​mugshots​.com/​r​e​m​o​v​e​-​m​u​g​s​h​o​t​.​h​tml) are deceiving you because they are acting in collusion with the operators of Mugshots​.com. Another strong indication that those individuals and firm are operating in collusion with Mugshots​.com is in the pricing structure to remove your image and information: they all charge the same.

Mugshots has changed the authorized vendors to only include two vendors.  One of those vendors is Marc Epstein’s son Ari Epstein.  Ari Epstein is a convicted drug dealer in Florida.
