Mugshots .com online extortion racket that is composed of many people and operators. The primary members of this mugshots extortion scheme are:
Tyrone Jacques Spencer (aka Tyronne Jacques), Robert Wiggen, Tiffany A Wiggen, James Cody Wiggen, Alice Wiggen, Kim Elaine Landolfi (aka Kim Boynton, Elaine Landolfi), Daniel Patrick Landolfi (aka Daniel Patrick, Patrick Landolfi), Gerald Michael Landolfi Jr (aka Michael Landolfi, Gerald Michael), Jeremy Brooks, Ryan Russell, Kyle Prall, Todd Greene, Jeff Kupietzky, Elizabeth Murray, Marc Epstien, Philip Lee, F and F Global, Ron Collins, and Kelly Ellis (aka’s Kelly Peter Ellis, Peter Kelly Ellis, Kelly Joe Ellis, and Joe Ellis) who operates a mugshots.com affiliate removal service called “CleanSearch.”
The information available on these individuals is tightly controlled and difficult to find. Mugshot. com appears to be operated by five primary members. Those members are Gerald Micheal Landolfi Jr.; Kim Landolfi of Kimmy Corporation; Daniel P. Landolfi, the son of Gerald and Kim Landolfi, and a corporate member of the Florida chapter of the “Young Americans for Freedom” organization and the Florida “Young Americans for Freedom” P.A.C.; Craig Robert Wiggen; and Tiffany Amber Wiggen (AKA: Twiggy).
There are other members, such as Tyrone Jacques Spencer who are affiliated members of mugshots. The Landolfi’s also control a legal and accounting firm known as Goldman & Rosa in Florida that takes the extorted payments for the mugshots members and member affiliates.

We find a direct link from Gerald Landolfi to Daniel P. Landolfi to the “Young Americans for Freedom” organization and P.A.C.
At this point, the trail ends. Or does it? There is a report on the internet that a firm called “Goldman and Rosa PA” that is based in Florida takes the payments for the removal affiliates of Mugshots.com (Source: http://www.ripoffreport.com/lawyers/goldman-rosa-pa/goldman-rosa-pa-http-goldm-81983.htm). This report also makes the claim that there are copies of a document signed at the Landolfi’s residence by Gerald Landofi, and provides a link to a webpage (http://randyrosa.com). We followed that link and thought that it was an incomplete page. Or was it. Looking at the html of the page source We discovered that the webpage logs the IP address of anyone that visits the page while performing no other action. Could it be that the report was at that location and has since been removed? It is probable. We have now connected the Landofi’s with the agency that collects the fees from their mugshots extortion and scam website.
It looks like Gerald Landofi and Daniel P. Landolfi are the same person. If they are not there are unusual circumstances in which both Gerald and Daniel Landofi have the same date of birth, attended the same schools at the same time, have the same address, and the telephone number is the same. Daniel Landolfi has political aspirations in Florida and has run for office. Daniel Landolfi is closely connected with the Florida Young Americans for Freedom PAC. One must ask how a mugshots extortionist could win an election? He has not yet. It should also be noted that Gerald Landofi is the son of a deceased Florida organized crime figure of the same name.
All of the images that are on Mugshots.com and other image booking scam sites reside in private databases and not in the Google search results. Anyone that tells you that they can guarantee your image removal from any mugshots scam or extortion website is either acting in collusion with the operators of that site or engaging in illegal hacking of that website. Google lacks a magic power to reach into a private database and delete an image. Not even the web host can remove an image or information in a private database. Only the owner of the database can remove information from the database. If the individual or the firm making the claim of removing your picture from a database is not acting in collusion with the database owners, then that individual or agency must of necessity illegally hack into the database to remove your information.
People like Tyrone Jacques Spencer at http://www.imagemaxpr.com and these other authorized Mugshots.com removal vendors

Another strong indication that those individuals and firm are operating in collusion with Mugshots.com is in the pricing structure to remove your image and information: they all charge the same.
Mugshots has changed the authorized vendors to only include two vendors. One of those vendors is Marc Epstein’s son Ari Epstein. Ari Epstein is a convicted drug dealer in Florida.

We received an invoice the other day for $85 for introduction of a domain we own and that is parked. There is no activity on the website and there are no pages being served. We deliberately have not introduced the domains to the search engines because because the domain is not being used. That invoice was nothing more than a scam to gain money through a fraudulent method.
Likewise, this is just what the online mugshot extortion industry does — they scam you for money. Some attorneys will claim that there is no extortion because there is no threat made. That is a false claim because extortion does not require a threat of harm — an action such as publishing private information is sufficient to trigger extortionate acts.
Other attorneys like to claim that there is a first amendment right to publish mugshots. That claim is also false. The first amendment does not apply to criminal acts. We cover that in the courts page.
We could’ve done with that insight early on.
I think we need to get all the interesting bits on to the table for more discussion.
There are literally 100s if not 1000s of clone sites doing what mugshots.com is doing. These sites could be scraping pages from mugshots.com directly, and/or each other, or possibility funding county official (public elected or hired members) to ease liberation of the county arrest data.

increase 910217 by +1 increment, one page at a time, is a highly profitable exercise to the next mugshot website. I changed my legal name eight months ago, as being innocent (wrongfully arrested, in my case, to be 100% clear) matters little in this FOIA blurred extortion racket. My family explains that I chose to die for Google’s choice to be rich enough to retain evil policy lawyers (of course Google would never be evil). My hope in revealing the noted exploit is that Fulton county it is fixed before long, likely among other US county officials falling into the same trap for greed, lack of ethics, or just plain stupidity (a 11 year old kid could build an authorization interface within a DMZ better than Fulton county opts to just have exploited by the next mugshot website wannabe) I cannot even say ignorant, with blatant willful dismissal being as obvious.
Even I’ve had to ask myself, if everyone is just stealing the arrest content, why can’t I? My unethical and untaxed income would certainly be enough to keep paying for me to remove my previous name from the next mugshot website and cost to assume a new identity.
The Fulton county’s mailbox is literally overflowing with complaints, there is no response from the website admin, and changes to the legal process are likely stated or forthcoming ‘forgotten’ election promises to keep these kind of back doors open to the extortion thugs for a few senator, governor, prosecutor or (deputy) sheriff’s occasional ‘extortion-rep-paid-for’ steak dinners. In our opinion Google is an enabler of the mugshot racket. One would think that after the lose in Australia a few days ago that Google would work to eliminate the abuse and extortion of the mugshot racket. Google also lost a case in Europe on the same matter. In this country, it appears that Google would rather attempt to embarrass people for issuing take down complaints through the Google Transparency Removal Reports than to lose the income generated from advertizing conducted on the mugshot sites. Google is also strongly lobbying for exemptions from privacy laws so that they may continue their conduct rather than just ending cooperation with the online negative content industry.
